In 2002, while attending Belmont University, Jason Duncan started a blog to chronicle the “dreaming and planning of Cafe Evoke” – a company he spent every waking day and night building and growing. He called it, A Thought Over Coffee.
A lot has happened in the past 18 years – including the recent sale of the coffee company EVOKE in Downtown Edmond. A Thought Over Coffee is back – this time to talk through what all has happened and what is on his mind now.
The goal is to provide a place to think out loud and share stories of life behind the bar of EVOKE as well as share thoughts on coffee, business, entrepreneurship, leadership, bicycles, and lots of other things that float around in his mind.
As it was way back in the early 2000s, this blog will be best as a conversation.
