Our program has been named a National Model Undergraduate Program for excellence in entrepreneurship education by the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE), as well as a national Top 25 Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Program by the Princeton Review. In 2010, our program was featured by Fortune magazine as one of five schools to consider when studying entrepreneurship. These awards and distinctions place Belmont's Thomas F. Cone Sr. Center for Entrepreneurship among the most exceptional entrepreneurship programs in the country.

Responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the real estate group, from sales and marketing to finance and administration. My leadership and management skills were critical in driving the growth and success of the company.

During my time as the Chief Operating Officer, I have achieved several key accomplishments, including:

•Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

•Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and investors, to support business development and growth.

•Implementing process improvements and best practices to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

•Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring that the company met its financial targets and goals.

Through my leadership, The Duncan Group achieved significant growth and success, expanding its customer base and increasing revenue with sales of over $14,000,000 in 2022. My role as the Chief Operating Officer allowed me to develop and refine my skills in leadership, management, and strategic planning, and I am proud of the contributions that I made to the success of the company.

As the Ride Director of Cycle 66, I am responsible for overseeing all ride aspects of the annual cycling event, including route planning, logistics, safety, and participant engagement. My leadership and organizational skills were critical in ensuring the success and safety of the event, from 500 riders in our first year to more than 800 in its second year.

During my time as the Ride Director, I have achieved several key accomplishments, including:

•Developing and implementing a comprehensive safety plan to ensure the safety of all participants and staff.

•Planning and coordinating the route, including rest stops, accommodations, and transportation, to ensure that the event ran smoothly and efficiently.

•Leading and managing a team of volunteers, including ride marshals and support staff, to ensure that everyone was trained and prepared for their roles.

•Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase participation and engagement in the event.

•Developing key cycling industry connections and partnerships

During my time as Ride Director, Cycle 66 became a highly anticipated and successful annual cycling event, attracting participants from across the country. My role has allowed me to develop and refine my skills in leadership, event planning, and logistics, and I am proud of the contributions that I made to the success of the event.

As the Compliance Director for Engel & Volkers Edmond and Oklahoma City, I was responsible for ensuring that the brokerage and its advisors were operating within all local laws, regulations, and policies. My expertise in compliance and attention to detail were critical in ensuring that the company was operating ethically and legally.

During my time as the Compliance Director, I achieved several key accomplishments, including:

•Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that were tailored to the needs of the Engel & Volkers Edmond and Oklahoma City offices.

•Conducting regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks with regards to real estate contracts and paperwork.

•Providing training and support to employees on compliance-related matters, including standard operating procedure, fair housing regulations and contract issues.

•Advising management on compliance matters and making recommendations for changes to policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

Through my leadership, Engel & Volkers Edmond and Oklahoma City maintained a strong reputation for ethical and legal compliance. My role as the Compliance Director allowed me to develop and refine my skills in compliance, risk management, and leadership, and I am proud of the contributions that I made to the success of the Brokerage.

As the Founder and Owner of EVOKE, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from the initial concept and design to the day-to-day operations. My leadership and entrepreneurial skills were critical in establishing and growing the cafe into a thriving and successful business.

During my time at Evoke, I was responsible for several key accomplishments, including:

•Developing the concept and vision for Cafe Evoke, creating a unique atmosphere and brand that set it apart from competitors.

•Launching one of the most successful Coffee Catering Operations in the country

•Creating and managing the budget, forecasting financial projections, and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals.

•Identifying, hiring, training, and managing staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and excellent customer service.

•Establishing relationships with local suppliers and vendors, ensuring the highest quality of ingredients and products for our customers.

•Developing and executing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, events, and promotions, to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.

•Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and implementing policies to ensure the safety of staff and customers.

•Helping dozens of other business owners, entrepreneurs and students plan and execute successful coffee businesses of their own.

Through my leadership, Evoke became a beloved local business, attracting a loyal customer base and positive reviews. My role as the Founder and Operator of Evoke allowed me to develop and hone my skills in entrepreneurship, leadership, and management, and I am proud of the success that we achieved together.

The Urban Board serves in an advisory capacity to Edmond's City Council in making recommendations on Plan Amendments and Zoning Requests, also on Site Plans in the Central Edmond Urban District and Capital Improvements in the Urban District. Appointed by Ward 1 Council Member in 2020 and was appointed Chairperson in 2022.

The Edmond Board of REALTORS® was established in 1947 and currently represents over 1,200 REALTOR® members and 160 Affiliate members serving the Edmond and Logan County areas. Our goal is to provide resources to assist our members in becoming more professional and financially successful by elevating the standards of the real estate industry and the professional conduct of its members. All real estate licensees are not REALTORS®. REALTOR® members are professionals who subscribe and are bound by a strict Code of Ethics and professional conduct. We strive to be your trusted voice in real estate and work to protect the private property rights of our citizens.

The Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® connects real estate professionals across the state by providing comprehensive professional resources, maintaining the highest ethical standards and giving REALTORS® a unified voice in shaping Oklahoma real estate property laws and regulations.

The MSLOK Research & Development Committee is composed of at least nine Participants and Subscribers appointed by the MLSOK President. The duty of the committee is to review and evaluate new products, assure that technology needs are met, evaluate enhancements to the MLS service and system and whatever other issues arise within the nature of products, services and technology for both the corporation and it's members.

This committee was established in 2006, and is charged with reviewing and providing recommendations to the City Council regarding bicycle safety, education and the utilization of bicycle trails, lanes and paths. All interested in bicycling are encouraged to attend a regular scheduled meeting.
